Business use and activation
TrackAny.Click is offered for business use. Production measurement requires an enabled customer project and the applicable commercial confirmation.
Customer authority
The customer must control or be authorized to measure the configured websites, campaigns and outcomes, and is responsible for notices, consent and instructions given to the service.
Permitted use
Do not use TrackAny.Click for unlawful surveillance, hidden collection, sensitive profiling, credential collection, security interference or measurement of properties you are not authorized to operate.
Data quality
Attribution reflects observed data, customer definitions and the selected model. Browser limits, consent choices, missing identifiers and incomplete outcome data can affect reports. Attribution is not proof of causation.
Availability
The public script alone does not activate a production project. Features, integrations and service levels apply only when published and enabled for the customer.
Fees and termination
Pricing, usage and service commitments follow the applicable order. Either party may end access as permitted by that agreement; outstanding obligations and lawful retention remain unaffected.
