Email office@marken-group.com from the TrackAny.Click account address with the subject “TrackAny.Click data deletion”.
Identify the scope
Include the organization, project, affected website and the categories to remove. Do not send passwords, access keys or unnecessary personal documents.
Verification
We verify that the requester is authorized for the identified organization and project before disclosing or deleting data.
What deletion can cover
The request can cover project measurement data, campaign context, sessions, events, lead outcomes and related account information within the verified scope.
Limits
Limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations, dispute handling, abuse prevention or financial recordkeeping. The applicable limitation will be explained.
Timing and confirmation
Verified requests are generally completed within 30 days. We confirm when the active-service deletion is complete or explain why additional time is required.
Connected Meta or Google Ads
To stop future provider access, open Ads connections in the relevant TrackAny.Click project and disconnect the connection. You can also revoke the grant in the Meta or Google account. In a deletion request, identify the provider and advertising account so we can remove the verified connection, mirrored campaign reports and associated measurement data within the authorized scope.
